Introducing ACCA: 13-Territory Inspection Dept., an action-filled, military-themed, drama anime. It will get your adrenaline pumping, make you cry, and think about military tactics as you move through each story of this new anime series.
Avid anime fans are going to love it since it is going to be under the direction of veteran director Shingo Natsume who is known for One Punch Man and Space Dandy. This anime is an adaptation from the original illustrations and manga of Natsume Ono.
1. Acca: 13-Territory Inspection Dept. Plot
The story will introduce ACCA, a giant unified syndicate in the whole 13 states of the Kingdom of Dowa. It was formed when there was a threat of coup d'etat in the kingdom and has kept the peace for almost 100 years.
Jean Otus, the second-in-command of the inspection division in ACCA, always goes on a business trip from the capital (where ACCA headquarters is located) to different locations within Dowa. His job is to check on the situation and the personnel assigned in the area if there's any foul play looming. Little did he know, he was slowly inching towards the world's conspiracies.
Meet the ACCA cast (from left to right).
Jean Otus: second-in-command of the inspection division at ACCA headquarters. He is also known as Jean the Cigarette Peddler.
Niino: freelance reporter and a friend of Jean. He loves motorcycles and eating chocolates.
Grossular: this white and long haired ACCA officer is one of the five chief officers of ACCA. He is originally from the Rokkusu District.
Lilium: one of the five chief officers of ACCA. Originally from the Furawau District.
Spade: one of the five chief officers of ACCA. Originally from the Yakkara District.
Pastice: one of the five chief officers of ACCA. He is originally form the Suitsu District.
Payne: one of the five chief officers of ACCA. He is originally form the Jumōku District.
3. ACCA is an anime adaptation from the manga

ACCA: 13-Territory Inspection Dept. (or ACCA: 13-ku Kansatsu-ka in Japanese) is an anime adaptation of the manga with the same title. It is written and illustrated by Natsume Ono. It was published on Monthly Big Gangan from June 25, 2013 to October 25, 2016. It currently has 6 volumes.
4. It is under MADHOUSE studio
MADHOUSE was founded on October 17, 1972. They are known to produce popular animes that can capture kids, teens, and adults. Here are some of the iconic anime under their belt: Death Note, One Punch Man, Hunter X Hunter, Trigun, Chobits, and Cardcaptor Sakura. It is not going to be a surprise that Acca: 13- Territory Inspection Dept. is going to be a great anime since MADHOUSE never fails to deliver.

ACCA: 13-Territory Inspection Dept. is going to be shouldered by Director Shingo Natsume. He is the man behind One Punch Man and Space Dandy. Expect a good quality anime coming your way from this seasoned director.
6. Episode 1 is now out!
Acca: 13-Territory Inspection Dept. is included in the Winter 2017 line up. It is going to premiere on January 10. Along with Acca, other anime that are scheduled on the same date are going to be: Yowamushi Pedal: New Generation (Comedy, Sports, Shounen), Onihei (Historical, Seinen), and Chiruran: Nibun no Ichi (Action, Historical).

You can watch ACCA: 13-Territory Inspection Dept. on Aniplus Asia (linked below). It is going to premiere tomorrow on Jan 10, every Tuesday 23:00/22:00 (id/th), and will encore every Wednesday 18:00/17:00 (id/th).
The anime is going to be aired on January 10 on these Japanese channels: Tokyo MX, SUN, KBS, TSC, and BS11. It is under the license of Funimation. ACCA can also be streamed on Crunchyroll.
